Fire-proof joinery

MB-78I system is designed to make internal or external fire walls with single and double sash doors, fire resistance class EI15, EI30, EI45 and EI60 pursuant to the following standards: PN-B-02851-1:1997, PN-EN 13501-2:2008, PN-EN 1363-1, PN-EN 1364-1.

The system is classified as fire retardant (NRO). Smoke-proof constructions are also available in the system. The construction dept of the sections is 78 mm.

The profiles are characterized by a very low value of heat permeability coefficient thanks to e.g. special profiled thermal breaks, 34 mm wide.

Elements of fire insulation are put in the internal chambers in the profiles, as well as in cavities between the profiles. Such elements are made of GKF plaster-cardboard plates and PROMATECT-H silicate-cement plates.

Glazing or other fillings are placed in steel holders and ceramic gaskets are masked using glazing strups and gaskets made from EPDM. Such method of installing fillings allows for replacement of damaged glazing and guarantees good rain water tightness. The products manufactured using such system are characterized by excellent acoustic insulation (up to 40 dB).

The system allows for glazing of all standard fire-proof glasses of relevant classes (filling thickness from 6 mm to 49 mm).

Hardware is selected according to criteria of fitness for particular liads, own weight and sash size. It is a selected hardware manufactured by such companies as DR HAHN, WALA, SAVIO, FAPIM, ECO SCHULTE.

MASZROL company passed the test of aluminium doors using Aluprof MB-78I system, confirming that the required standards have been met and obtaining a relevant Certificate of Product Conformity No. ITB-1836/W together with ITB Technical Approval No. AT-15-6006/2006.

Depending on the application, we manufacture fire doors and walls in the following classes: EI15, EI30, EI45, EI60.
